Spaghetti squash sea food and feta bake





previously baked spaghetti squash - separated with fork
ripe tomatoes
 seafood of your choice 
butter + garlic + salt, pepper, chilli(optional)
 grated cheddar
 feta cubes

for best result, health and taste, use fresh, organic produce, wild prawns/not farmed

herbs of your choice

mix all ingredients, top with grated cheese,
garnish with herbs and feta and place in the oven for approx 20 min( 180-200C)
